Washed Yirgacheffe Konga is originates from the Konga district of Yirgacheffe in south central Ethiopia which is located in the Gedeo Zone. This is one of the most famous coffee growing regions in the country and indeed the world. The cup itself was very impressive and is, in part the result of its careful preparation. The environment of Yirgacheffe’s forests provide, developing floral characteristics, articulate sweetness and sparkling acidity. Konga is in many ways a classic Ethiopian coffee and it is floral, peachy and is packed with citrus notes.
